This short registration form is to join the Social Sustainability Monitor (SB-monitor) of the Foundation Dam. We therefore need some basic information about your organisation/company/institution.

This short registration form is to join the Social Sustainability Monitor (SB-monitor) of the Foundation Dam. We therefore need some basic information about your organisation/company/institution.
Reporting for 2025 involves:
- Implement the four social sustainability goals within your organisation so that activities and projects can indicate which goal they are working towards (it is also possible for the organisation itself to categorise the projects as long as it is displayed in the reporting).
- Entering the data into an Excel reporting template and submitting it to sigrid.h.ingvaldsen@dam.no (reporting for 2025 must be submitted by January 31, 2026).

Note: Norwegian organisations that are also applicant organisations with the Foundation Dam only need to report on projects/activities that have not received funding from Dam (as those will already be reported through Damnett).
